The Windsor Elms Village is a 108 resident Long Term Care facility in Falmouth Nova Scotia. This project was completed with EllisDon Construction Managers. It is a very energy efficient health care facility using geothermal heat to satisfy the heating and cooling demands of the 3 attached buildings. East Coast Sheet Metal were General Mechanical Contractors on this project. This project included 3 Mechanical rooms each acting as entry point for the geothermal source which is used to serve air handlers and in floor heating.
