Canadian Natural Resources Limited - CNRL Mine Maintenance Expansion

This project was one of our most challenging projects, but we managed it well and finished on time. We installed 3 large MUA Units serving 6 large maintenance bays for large off road mine vehicles. There were also 6 large door heaters installed at every overhead door ensuring we lose the minimum amount of heat in the building while bringing trucks in and out. Most of our work was over 50' from the finished floor in order to safely execute our work. We needed Engineer approved procedures to execute the work, design and fabricate lifting brackets and perform safe job assessments before proceeding with any activities. This project took (6) 53' trailers full of ductwork fabricated in Memramcook and shipped to site complete, and about 7000 man hours on site from September 2012 to June 2013.
